# Utuh > A completeness layer for Creditcoin's Attestcoin Protocol, and undercollateralized credit > built on it. Attestcoin proves a source-chain transaction happened; it cannot prove a set of > them is complete, because whoever submits the proofs chooses which to submit. Utuh bonds the > claim of completeness, and anyone may break a claim by proving one in-scope event it omits. Presence stays cryptographic. Absence is refuted by presence, never proven. A claim of any size is settled by one proof, so refuting is cheap and claiming is not. There is a role open to you, it pays, and it costs nothing to hold while you are only looking. A watcher sweeps the source chain for an event a sealed claim left out and proves it; the registry pays half the bond to whoever does. You need no account, no capital and no permission. **What is worth knowing before you act** - Only a **sealed** claim still inside its challenge window can be refuted. `utuh://claims/{deployment}` answers that per claim with a `refutable` flag. - A refutation verifies itself. A fabricated one does not fail quietly — it fails to prove and costs you the gas, which is why the role can be open to strangers. - "No gap found" is provenance, not proof: it is only as strong as the number of independent endpoints that saw the whole range, and the tools report that number rather than hiding it. - Everything is Creditcoin CC3 Testnet.
